Stick is deserved when you announce shows, put tickets on sale, fans book hotels and travel arrangements, and then last minute injuries happen which always tend to coincide with the show selling terribly.

Obviously we all know that organising a big card is a difficult job which features a lot of protracted negotiations. I get the impression Hearn is largely happy to talk about what if's and maybes, but when the show is actually signed they typically deliver.

For the Whyte show on the 20th it was never fully announced.

Joshua in Wembley was OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED on Sky, Matchroom, DAZN Twitter accounts. People would have booked accommodation and flights no doubt.

Yes plenty of Mugths easily parted from their money - still London the place to be for a good weekend.

They just need to go to Old Compton street for a double poking

True, but it's been confirmed that it's not happening two months beforehand. Hotels and so on can all be refunded at that stage. It's just like football fans now booking rooms for the Champions League final. Get knocked out in the next round and you just cancel.

I've realised two things. You hate PPV's and gay people. But almost all of your posts mention one or the other. Some very deep-seated issues I fear...

No problem with Gay People in general but I do dislike Rylan Clark types like yourself.

Love Hearn's interviews when a rival lands a coup. Done a good job disguising his disgust at Fury's deal, limiting his digs to "it's great news cause it's all going to charity", until Adam Smith came in, visibly blown away by Fury's deal and Hearn had to stop himself from dropping the weirdo. He looked absolutely disgusted, and said "we'll just do our own thing!"

Great promoter Hearn. Can't deal with things when they don't go his way though. DAZN are paying good money for AJ, great money. But they ain't paying 16 million pounds a fight before gate money and UK PPV money.

You are aware AJ is getting $30m dollars from DAZN for this fight aren’t you? Before UK PPV and gate money

Ha ha ha. No he's not. Nowhere near. He's getting 32 million dollars in total, including large projected UK PPV figures. Where did you make up that nonsense from?

    Relax
Even at $32m total. That’s £25m for the fight. Of which it’s documented the fight is 3am UK time so they estimate will sell significantly less. My guess at best it’s 500k that’s £5-7m revenue and a gate at probably at best £5m revenue. If the other £15m isn’t coming from DAZN I would be intrigued where it’s coming from.
