Both sides clearly don't want to give up hometown advantage. Whoever does get hometown advantage will likely be agreeing less than they could get if they traveled, which goes to show neither side is confident or trusts the other side in regards to getting a fair fight.

Joshua will clearly make more in Vegas but is willing to make less if he can secure that crucial hometown advantage. Wilder likely isn't making much in Vegas if Joshua is making at least $50 mill in the US, but will likely make more in the UK but he too wants that crucial hometown advantage.

This is a big sticking point. One side will either need to sweeten the pot to secure the hometown advantage or one side will need to concede to get the fight made. Whoever does concede, if anyone concedes that is, shows to me that is the fighter/side that genuinely wants the fight more.

Different times now. The UK is the mecca of boxing so you better get used to it, and AJ is one of the most marketable sportsmen on the planet.

And it's about time the yanks came over here to fight instead of us having to traipse all the way over to Vegas for the big fights.

This is a new dawn, and the Americans don't like it up 'em. So now they're even resorting to sending emails that sound about as legitimate as that email I got from a Nigerian prince last week.

I never understand why people say UK is the Mecca or hub of boxing! How on earth do you figure that?

UK is the hub of British boxing and thats it. How many foreign fighters setup base over here? Virtually zero.

Matchroom is the only company that does well in terms of sales but 95% of their show is utter ****.

I’m a big AJ fan but if this fight doesn’t happen this year the duck is blatant.

I give credit to Wilder, he seems to be serious about making this fight.

Hearn and Joshua appear to be posturing and want to delay this fight (why I don’t know... it’s inevitable and neither can get exponentially better/worse in the next year or two).

This is the dumbest duck since 2009.

Yeah but if they can’t agree a deal, life goes on. They still have mandatories and other fighters who want their shot. What should they do not fight at all?

You are right, when it comes to world wide talent they all go to the US. GGG, Canelo, Manny, Loma, Mickey Garcia etc and that doesn’t include the American born talent like Spence, Crawford, Davis, Charlos.

The uk are the biggest for HW boxing atm though AJ and Fury are huge down here plus you got Whyte and Haye

You're talking to a troll and one the biggest Joshua cocksuckers on the forum who will twist and bend any arguement to try and make Joshua look like the hero.

A casual who only knows about Joshua Hearn and matchroom , doesn't have any idea of anything outside of that.

Wilder is too late to the party. He and his backers played their hand too late. Wilder has never wanted the fight, now his backers have stumped up the cash.... But the ship has sailed. Joshua has a the main line to the hundreds of millions potentially on offer. NOW it's not about the money for AJ. AJ is the draw, 50 mill usd is not enough. AJ is the A side and he can dictate what ever terms he likes.

You are the biggest agenda pusher here when it comes to this fight and you are so vehemently pro-Joshua that I genuinely think you’d suck his **** if the opportunity presented itself.

Back when the flat fee offer was issued to Wilder’s team you were focused on the money aspect. You kept pointing out that Wilder’s purses have been dwarfed by Joshua’s and that he should accept the offer. It was all about commercial worth for you at the time.

Then Wilder offered Joshua WAY more money than Hearn’s projected purse. A figure that Joshua went on camera to say that he would accept.

Now that the Americans have proven that commercially they blow Joshua and Hearn’s proposals out of the water, you are pushing a new angle, insisting that Wilder has to travel.

You and @Puroresu_Fan have totally embarrassed yourselves for weeks by firmly ramming your proverbial tongues up Joshua’s arse and contradicting yourselves repeatedly. You were totally silent in the “Hearn confirms the 50mil is real” thread even though I mentioned you in there because you knew you had been made to look stupid.

What a pair of serious whallopers you both are.

No. The game has changed. There has been paradigm shift in the earning potential of this fight, and you have failed to keep up.

The bodybuilder Joshua was shaken up by the bomb squad I heard, when he visited the states. Their just not gonna tolerate this punk kid hogging all these titles for himself. Lol, Deontay will have first choice on the boxing gloves, referee, and judges of the venue. Poor Anthony dealing with the A side now, but I imagine that 50 million will be little consolation, when the devastating bronze bomber pounds him onto oblivion!
