All great points, and I love how unbiased you are in your evaluation of Parker's chances. I think the Fury fight will tell us a lot about his ceiling. Hughie isn't the world's hardest puncher, but he's a good boxer with solid fundamentals, and if Parker can negate his jab and knock him out I think the writing's on the wall as far as Deontay's chances against him.

    I respect yours too bro

-Parker is better than spilka but spilka was quite awkward joe is abit more straight forward.
-Parker didn't seriously hurt Takam or Ruiz he's power is not legit imo. He won't be knocking out anyone in the top 5 from what I've seen.
-Joe will improve but it's not his offense that worries me so much it's his defence and his reaction to being caught alongside the fact he's style does not match his size. Joe seems at his best when his boxing off the jab on the outside however he's short for a modern HW so he's best served developing an inside game which I don't think he will. Wilder would be the tallest, most athletic person joe would have fought. Wilder, AJ, Wlad, Ortiz all beat Joe for my money.

If Wilder the wife beating, child terrorising, cherrypicking, belt hostage holding douchebag picks Bellew, I will very actively hate on Wilder.

    Good discussion. My take:
    - Yes, Parker is more traditional than Szpilka. But his chin is a lot better too.
    - Wilder has been floored by Nichols and Sconier, so surely Parker can KO him if he lands flush. I thin Parker's power is legit, not massive like Wilder or Joshua, but still decent.
    - Fair points. But if he beats Hughie it'll mean he's improved inside, he can't beat Hughie from outside off the jab.

Bellow is like a bird's nest on the ground for Parker and Wilder. Easy pickings.

-Yeah joe has a solid chin so that's agreed.
-I'm not concerned with Wilder's chin considering his defence is poor, his chin to me is decent because if it wasn't he would have been koed. Just ask Helenius and Adamek both men were koed by Wilder's victims.
-Yeah a Fury win would answer some questions but I'm gunna be bold and predict that neither man will koed and if Parker wins it will be a close points win kinda like takam and Ruiz where people are not left impressed.

What risk? The only risk is of them injuring themselves, as Haye did.

    - Wilder's chin is often slated here, I agree it's not actually that bad. But it can be hurt by mid-level punchers, as proven many times. However, the threat of Wilder's big right hand is one of the factors that protects it, his opponents so far have all been reluctant to press when they hit Wilder because they are scared of the big RH counter. I guess another way at looking at it is that Parker will be Wilder's best opponent so far (also vice versa of course), so he must have some chance based on that alone.
    - I think Hughie Fury will win the decision if he doesn't get KO'ed or knocked down, the size/reach difference + Hughie is a pretty good boxer means that Parker cannot win on the outside IMO. The only way perhaps is if Hughie just runs away the whole fight and is scared to engage.

Bellew proved he could take a punch, there is a risk even if it's a small chance. I had Haye winning until the injury but he was looking poor his timing was completely off he was missing with wild swings and he just looked his age in there.

If this year has taught me anything is everyone has a shot in a fight. My prediction is falliable, if Joe can survive the right hand he will win the fight for me Wilder has two weapons his quick 1-2 and his big right hand. Anyone capable of going 12 with him whilst bringing something to the table will beat him.

Fury will move around a lot, Parker is catching him at the perfect time because of his inactivity. The style to beat Hughie if your small is a Povetkin style of pressuring him getting inside, you could see in the kassi fight he didn't like the pressure. If Parker can utulise that style he wins if he tries to box he loses, I don't see Hughie getting knocked down I just don't believe in Parker's power against any top 15 HW with a decent chin.

Agreed, but I still think Bellew is comparatively low-risk in the HW division though. A bad Haye was winning prior to the injury, and Bellew had to hit Haye sooo many times, basically flush, to get the fight stopped.
