Hearn, Joshua, Wilder, Fury, White, Miller and this April 13th date

You can almost smell the desperation from Hearn as this April 13th date at Wembley grows ever closer.

After turning down an $80m 2 fight deal to fight Deontay Wilder, a 28 stone Tyson Fury stepped up to the plate for a fraction of the money and had the balls to make a big legacy fight on foreign soil.

Now Wilder and Fury are rightfully tied up by the WBC to make the rematch, where does that leave Hearn & Joshua?

Joshua must be fuming that Hearns greed has frozen him out of the elite heavyweight picture despite holding 4 belts, Fury will now despatch Klitchsko and Wilder, the 2 most significant victories in the heavyweight division in the past 10 years. If Fury beats Wilder again, can Joshua rely on Hearn to make what will be the only significant legacy defining fight left in the division or will greed come before legacy again for Hearn?

Which brings me to my point, how on earth can Hearn not make the Joshua v Whyte fight for April 13th? How can Hearn seriously justify low balling Whyte to such a degree that he is not interested in the April 13th date? Whyte has earnt his shot, especially with the Parker victory but once again Hearn is putting greed before legacy for Joshua.

Now we here that this embarrassing April 13th date may be cancelled for Joshua to go and fight Miller in America, a Jarrell Miller who has literally fought nobody of note, his only relevance is a deliberately staged phoney bust up in front of the camera's to try and gain publicity.

You can almost understand why the Wilder and Fury fights can't be made at this particular time but If Hearn now chooses the even easier route of Miller over the deserving Whyte then Hearn needs to understand that even the casual boxing fan is starting to see through his propaganda.

Fury and Wilder are not gonna walk away from a rematch after a draw, they are gladiators with a moral obligation to put it all on the line again and resolve their legacy defining duel, on top of that they are likely to earn more from the rematch than taking the downside in a fight with Joshua. On top of that could you even trust Eddie Hearn to keep his word, he'd rather talk to a camera than actually pick up the phone to negotiate with Furys promoter Frank Warren, and Hearn has already turned down a guaranteed $80m for 2 fights with Wilder.

Are you even being serious about Whyte and Miller? In the past 3 years Whyte has fought Joshua, Parker, Helenius, Browne, Chisora x2, who has Miller fought? Has even fought a heavyweight in the top 20 rankings yet? Miller is a tubby fart snorkler with zero chance, who will be squashed like a rotten tomato by Joshua. If you think Miller is more deserving of a title shot than Whyte then you need to get a grip on reality.

 

Whyte and Hearn have both released interviews in the past 24 hours stating as much, even Hearn has confirmed he's low balled Whyte despite being his promoter for the past few years, try youtube.

$50m was the offer for Joshua but Hearn chose greed over legacy for Joshua and now a 28 stone Fury is eating up that legacy

 

Tell me barring Fury and Wilder, which fighters are more deserving of a shot at Joshua than Whyte?

Warren confirmed that the offer Hearn made to Fury was less than 60-40, so that must mean the offer made to Fury was 65-35 at best, 50-50 would be Warrens opening negotiation stance with a view to getting 60-40 at worst.

I've not seen any evidence of fury taking 30-70 from the 1st wilder fight? and 60-40 for the 2nd fight is a figure from the WBC if it goes to purse bids. A split between the 2 fighters will be agreed before then, remember both fighters stated that the 1st fight was the easiest negotiations of their careers, both fighters were more interested in legacy over greed

 

And what percent do you think that works out at considering an 80'000 sell out at Wembley and huge ppv numbers in England?

you only have to watch the hearn and whyte interviews in the past week to see they both know warren has low balled him, hearn even admits to needing to come back with a better offer

 

you've not explained how that made it a 70-30 split, I've already explained that in the previous post that 50-50 would be warrens opening negotiation stance for Fury v Joshua with a view to accepting less. I don't believe that negotiations for wilder 2 will go to purse bid and end up 60/40 to wilder.

The financial improvement for wilder 2 comes from the ppv of the American market, didn't the first fight exceed 300k at $75?

Would Joshua v Fury even be ppv in America? especially with the time difference? on top of that the ppv will increase in the uk for wilder v fury too. Wilder and Fury are gonna rake in the cash from a rematch and deservedly so for putting it all on the line in name of 'legacy over greed' in the first fight.
