Fury is the most over rated fighter in the world today. I give him huge credit for coming back, losing all that weight and getting his life back after depression however as a fighter he has no power and a poor chin. I'm convinced if he rematched Wilder then it would be completely different and Wilder would connect with that dodgy chin sooner. At best I would say Fury is just big and awkward.
And as far as comparing opponents to AJ then there is no comparison. AJ won a world title after only 16 fights and his last 4 fights have been against top 3 fighters (exc Wilder Fury), not to mention he beat Whyte as well.

Ha ha ha. Really hurts you, doesn't it. I dislike many boxers. Thankfully not as much as you hate Tyson.

The big man lost more weight over Christmas. They can't keep him out of the gym. He's jogging for pleasure now rather than losing weight.

Brace yourself for a long, painful, 2019 you bitter *******.

In the land of the proud red button dwelling sky addict; beating a retired grey haired saggy backed withered shot old man coming off a loss and winless in three odd years, who never fought again, in your own backyard with your own ref and judges, going life and death almost getting stopped yourself before letting the ref stop the old man on his feet in the eleventh...

Is far superior to going to the backyard of an eleven year unbeaten unified undisputed super champion and schooling him for twelve rounds as he barely lands a glove on you in the process.

    Fcking casuals man.

Hearns latest ifl interview is interesting.

Says the offer made to Fury wasn't a split as that wasnt the deal which was requested. Basically saying Fury's management have asked for a figure and they went back with the offer.

Says if Fury wants 60/40 he can have it but that's not what was requested so doesn't know why Warren keeps saying 50/50

Why does TonyGayers and Nickspanner sound like the same posters?

They come up with the same arguments and same position defending all things Matchroom.

I think the mods are not doing their jobs properly

Fury and his management can easily deny it all. Don't think it's going to happen though.

Do you reckon it could be the same poster with two accounts?

I think they’re separate people, but Tony has definitely been on this forum under a different guise for a good while. He reminds me of Inferno in that it’s anti fury, anti Frank Warren and then there’s the trolling, however, when he’s not trying to be a t** he’s actually an interesting poster. Just wish he’d stick to the latter.

Yes I have also found him an interesting poster but I am concerned at the level he defends MR, Hearn & A.J, whilst slating Fury and Warren. He does seem to have some k8nd of agenda.
Its not normal to go to the lengths he does sometimes in defending the above names, without having some kind of affiliation.
Saying all that, we need all kinds on these forums, not inc trolls and childish behaviour. Overall Tony is a welcomed poster.

Do you have to have an agenda if you think one promoter is a lot better than another? I think Klopp is a far better manager than Mourinho but I'm not employed by Liverpool. I think Hamilton is a far better driver than Vettel but I don't work for Mercedes. Odd that I'm completely open about my dislike of Warren, largely based on the many years where I thought he fleeced fans, held back careers and, worst of all, dissolved companies in order to avoid paying fighters, yet this somehow means I have a pre-determined agenda, work for Matchroom, or in the minds of some of the more insane, actually am Eddie Hearn.

I imagine this happens in a lot of threads like this, but I still find it odd nonetheless. If you think Warren is better for boxing than Hearn that's fine, but I don't think the rational response would be to assume you therefore must work for him.

Top 3 fighters excluding Wilder and Fury? That doesn't make sense. It is pretty undisputed that the top 3 HWs are Wilder Fury and AJ in any order. So not a top 3 fighter. Do you mean a top 6? Top 10?

Not criticising AJs opposition by the way. Just your comment.

For what its worth, the only AJ opponent I would be happy with him facing next outside of the other two is Pulev, who has earned his shot.

It doesn't bother me, no, but I can tell you get really wound up about the fact that a lot of people talk about Fury against Klitschko as being a horrible, tedious exercise (even on forums like this most people seem to think it was really boring), whilst at the same time Joshua was involved in a fight that people will remember for decades against him.

Also, and not saying this was you by the way, but I recall back when Klitschko Fury was made a lot of people saying Wlad could (and would) lose. It was still an upset of course, but a lot of people were saying Fury was awkward enough to cause problems and that Wlad had looked pretty awful in the Jennings fight beforehand. Certainly the idea that he 'schooled the seemingly unbeatable' is overcooking it to the point of fanboy propaganda.

Na mate, I absolutely love Tyson's performance in Dusseldorf. Wouldn't change one bit of it because he done what no other man done. There's always going to be people out there too uneducated to understand the sport. Or those unwilling to appreciate the skills of certain fighters because of their modus operandi. That's no skin off my nose.

At the end of the day, Tyson beat the man who was no.1 in the division, the unified champion, unbeaten in over a decade. He was the only man before or after to outbox Wladimir and win a unanimous decision. He done the impossible. Opinions can change, but what I've said never can. So who gives a **** about the fake Tony Hayer's fabricated opinions?

The only thing that irritates me is one poster spending so much time every day bashing a top fighter. It's sad, pathetic and unnecessary.
