His not saying that. His saying going forward his looking to sign fighters he believes have the potential to win world titles. He will still have fighters to fill the cards but matchroom are not looking to now just sign everyone anymore.

Probably depends what he classes as a world title, Davies pretty much thinks his international belt makes him such and Chris Eubank jr telling us IBO is best in the business now.

In an era with 4+ World titles and he's with Fast Eddie i'm sure he'll get a decent match up for one. By the timehe get's to the world level I don't think people like Crawford will still be in this division.
I don't think Hearn will match Ohara with Taylor, I think Hearn would rather have Taylor as a matchroom fighter first.
