Hearn v Shalom

It’s cringeworthy tbh. Hearn and Warren battered each other in interviews for years until the money came in. There’s a word for people who abandon their principles for money. Now they’re talking like they’re making fights for the good of boxing.

 

IFL would probably allow Huw Edwards to hijack an interview in his pants if it meant getting a few more clicks

Eddie Hearn should rather spend his time arranging some proper UK cards.

He should be too smart to act like that. I don't understand ? What does he want to achieve ?

 

I'm sure he thinks this weekend's likely AJ win will put him on top of boxing. Hearn set himself up as king of boxing by putting on that AJ-Ruiz card at MSG and it totally backfired - I've no doubt he thinks tonight is the second act.

This is spot on from Ben regarding Hearn and Warren. They’re coming across a pair of bitter bullies at the minute. The pair of them are trying to make themselves stars of the show. Stood in the middle of fighters they don’t even represent and getting in the ring. Glad he’s giving them some back. Hearn accusing Ben of shoving Warren was a downright lie, the video is there for everyone to see

Hearn is a nasty piece of work. Warren is shady, too.

Like I've said before on here, they are both looking in their rearviewmirror (great song) and don't like what's coming up behind them. Hence tag team bully mode.

Ben is younger, he isn't going away anytime soon and of the 3 main UK Boxing Broadcasting Companies, Ben has the biggest (SKY) behind him compared to DAZN and TNT.

One thing Ben doesn't do, unlike both Hearn and Warren, that I admire him for, is that he doesn't lose his rag at the slightest thing.

Hearn and Warren are both elite BS Artists.

Ben is right, it should be about the fighters, not the promotors. David Haye a few years ago at a press conference had it 100% bang on the money about it "always being the Eddie Hearn Show yap yap yap".

Is he that age yes… gulp. Life is going nowhere he was about my age when he started the boxing which feels about 2 years ago. Be dead before I know it haha.

Ben is spot on here. Hearn and Warren are coming across a pair of bullies who are bitter that Turki has got Ben involved. Constantly trying to make themselves centre of attention and standing between fighters they don't even represent. Glad he's had a pop back.

Warren is right, Shalom is disrespectful and should learn his place. Having said that it's funny how much he has managed to wind up both Warren and Hearn.

Shalom claims he exercised his right to stand with his fighters. Warren didn't actually say what Shalom did wrong, except that they had been a "nightmare" to deal with.

Said this in another thread, it is entirely possible Shalom is a sly man and isn't to be trusted. But right now, any reasonable person will look at this and think he has the moral high ground. Frank and Eddie look like a cartel.
