Agreed with everything you are saying except the last part Joshua is arguably the most popular fighter in the sport atm, if he says I want to fight X and I’m not taking no for an answer , then believe me he will fight X. The promoter works for the fighter especially when it’s a popular fighter, Hearn probably gives AJ advice like this guy is too dangerous but ultimately the decision is made by AJ.

Sure, if AJ were fighting Ortiz it would be a huge risk. That is why AJ is fighting stiffs. Ortiz presents no risk to Wilder whatsoever.

The thing about it is that Joshua trusts Hearn and has given him the power to guide his career. Hearn hasn't let him down in that sense because he is one of the most popular fighters out there and he's making really good money. Hearn is telling him, just wait, just wait, it's not time yet. However, if people start calling Joshua a coward and demanding the fight then Joshua will probably execute his authority over his own destiny and demand the fight himself.

I agree with you completely so if Joshua has given him the chance to guide his career then he effectively agrees with his decision so ultimately the buck falls with AJ. I hate when people hide behind their promoter, the promoter is usually gunna push the fighter towards the fight which pays the most for the least risk. It is the job of the fighter to know when they need to prove something like Wilder is doing here by going against Di bellas advice.

Of course Wilder cares what he gets paid.
    That's why he's demanding 50-50 against AJ.

    What a bizarre statement.

Nothing wrong with that. That's his money fight but these other fights are just a means to an end.
