Hearns: Brook will be fighting Spence

See this is another case of a fighter who can't win with some people.

Brook who did deserve a lot of questioning and maybe even some abuse over his and Hearns choice of opponents moved up two weight divisions and fought the biggest puncher in that division at the full limit and was stopped on his feet, he didn't disgrace himself.

People said then Brook was full of it, wouldn't fight Golovkin and would pull out, he didn't, he took the fight and stood and fought, he was brave, a lot braver than the likes of Canelo.

Now Brook says "I'm not giving up my title and want to fight Spence" and once again he is being doubted by some and given some stick, I don't understand it, as boxing fans everybody should be happy, it's a great fight if it happens.

 

I done know who it was but the facts remain CEJ didn't fight Golovkin and is still yet to beat a fighter beyond British level.

 

I'm actually surprised Brook can still make 147. But this is a pick em fight IMO these two are the best 147 has to offer. Lets hope this fight takes place spring of next year.

 

brook is not bandu he is huge and has a very good jab he could really frustrate spence i think its too early for spence to fight brook

This. I have a sneaking suspician that Spence is packing glass under that chin. I like him but thats my biggest question with him. Ive already seen him get rocked by a guy who isnt much of a puncher.

 

So.... They're going to try to bring Spence to the UK, huh?

 

You could be right that's why i say this is a pick em fight you can make a good case for both guys winning.

Spence looks to be the real deal for sure, he has both speed and power. Obviously Brook is a more complete package.

Brook is just talking smack to stay in the news until he can secure a soft and well paying 154 bout. I.E., KHAN!
No way is Brook going back to fight Spence. If he does, he'll become like Roy Jones.

I don't understand, it's pretty basic stuff. If kell does not vacate he must face errol spence, the only way out of this is a unification. Thurman/garcia busy and manny is the other champ which is out of brooks control whether this happens. He will face spence he remains at 147. I'm pretty sure he'd vacate if there was a big fight a 154 for him but there isn't Spence is a decent name for brook to take on right now and will interest the american public/tv.

What i find odd is that al haymon is willing to send spence to the UK, unless he has a huge purse big planned to keep it in america but then brook gets 75% so either way brook cannot lose in the negotiations
