Hearns / DAZN USA let go Michael Hunter cause he doesn't have enough twitter followers

I refuse to accept that you watched the interview and came away with that conclusion.

Hearn has said on more than one occasion that in hindsight he was overpaying Hunter and flippantly used his number of Twitter followers as an example of his lack of popularity.

Apparently the WBA stripped him of his intercontinental belt for lack of activity...

 

Terrible decision considering the pandemic and he has a proven record of being active prior to covid with fighting 3 times last year.

WBA wouldn't of stripped him if was still with one of bigger promoters. All boxing polictics bull****.

Also WBA look a bunch of hypocrites considering the WBA interim champ Trevor Byran hasn't fought since 2018 and the WBA world champ manuel charr hasnt fought since 2017.
