Hearns in the end was a more powerful fighter than Hagler and Leonard.

So were clay and lennox lewis and? His natural weight class when he was developed was supermw /lhw

 

Well if we consider that Hearns ended his career as a Cruiserweight than I say yes, but he fought Leonard and Hagler far lighter. He was still extremely powerful but lacked durability. However in the second Leonard fight he knocked Leonard down twice and even Sugar Ray admitted Hearns should have gotten the decision.
