hagler started that fight..... what a chin hagler had.....wow mundine.."im gunna be boxings bradman......imagine him in the ring with either of those two? hagler would still beat him..
Great fight. Marvin backed his chin, Tommy backed his right hand. Tommy is my all time favorite, no excuses but Tommy broke his hand in two places when he staggered Marvin in the first round. Do i think that altered the result ?...... Nope. Marvins chin was A grade granite.
Hearns is a GOD, pure and simple! When I need to have my faith in boxing restored I will throw on one of the plethora of great wars Tommy engaged in and marvel at the mayhem!
