I heard this on "In this Corner" on TSN and had to check it out.

"Liens for unpaid taxes filed against Hearns

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (AP)—Former boxing champ Thomas “Hitman” Hearns owes the federal government more than a quarter-million dollars in unpaid income taxes.
The Detroit News reported Friday on its Web site that liens filed in Oakland County state that Hearns and wife Renee owe nearly $268,000 in federal taxes from 2004-06.
Attorney Michael J. Smith told the newspaper that the 49-year-old Hearns disputes the debt and is working with the Internal Revenue Service to resolve it.
The seven-time world champion is a Detroit native and currently lives in Southfield.
Hearns held WBA, WBC, WBU and IBO titles ranging from the welterweight to cruiserweight divisions between 1980 and 1999. His three-round loss to Marvin Hagler for the middleweight title in 1985 is generally considered one of the best bouts in boxing history."

First Evander is in danger of losing his house and now Tommy's in trouble? Did anyone else hear about this?

It would be very sad if Hearns also is in money trouble..
But it is one thing to argue about how much you shall pay in taxes to being broke...
I hope he will be fine.
