How do you guys see Hearns doing versus McClellan, Benn, Eubanks, Toney, and the like? Would you see a different outcome at 160 as opposed to 168 in a H2H versus certain fighters?

I was thinking Hearns, even in his advanced years and out of his weight class, had the offensive onslaught, boxing knowhow, and length to beat a lot of the more offensive-minded 160/168 pounders.

that's a lot of weight you are expecting Hearns to deal with. I know he eventually went up that high but not in his prime, that was in his second career when he became a really good smart fighter not really when he was in his prime down at 147.

don't get me wrong, I think he would probably beat a few of the guys you mentioned but then again I think he would have problems with a few like Toney, Eubanks, RJJ etc.

It's very difficult for me to see Hearns not being knocked over by Nigel Benn, period. Probably a few times, if not out.

He'd favour very nicely against the flat-footed, static, low-slung left, shoulder leading style of Toney with his high output of rangey shots ala Nunn, mind you.

vs McCallum = bad style matchup Hearns gets KO'd early
vs Roy = slow paced fight I think Roy gets the decision.
vs Hopkins = Hopkins is way too strong beats the hell out of him on the inside and stops him late.
vs Liles = Hearns outboxes and stops him late
vs Eubank = Just like McCallum bad style matchup Hearns gets KO'd early
vs Benn = Total War 50/50 fight doesn't make it out the 3rd round
vs Collins = Hearns empty the tank early Collins chin takes and he comes back and stops Tommy late
vs Toney = Hearns out boxes Toney with ease bad style matchup
vs Nunn = close fight but Hearns is able to out box Nunn
vs slappy Joe = Hearns wins by early KO
vs Jackson = Just like Benn fight Total War 50/50 fight
    vs Kalambay = 50/50 fight
vs Watson = Hearns out boxes Watson
vs Ottke = Just like Liles fight Hearns outboxes early then steps on the pedal and stops him late
vs McClellan = Ditto as Benn and Jackson fights War and 50/50 fight
vs Johnson = close boxing match I think Hearns gets the edge

I don't think Hearns has a chance against McClellan. Horrible match up.

Weirdest set of predictions I've seen. Ever. How does Hearns win by early KO against a man who was never stopped at 168 or 175 like Calzaghe?

Eubank never beat an elite fighter in 2 or 3 rounds, that wasn't his style. Roy Jones would be far more likely to get an early win against Hearns than Chris Eubank.

Really do wonder how many of these guys you've ever seen footage of.

I'd favor Hearns against all of them.
