I've stood next to him. I'm 5'11" and he was at least half a head taller than me. Hearns said he didn't use his real height as his official height in order to get a psychological advantage.

I don't want to get dragged into a whole thing about this but this dude went to a meet and greet with Hearns, Leonard etc. Got the photo proof of Leonard being LESS than 5'9" today plus the quote of Leonard admitting he was 5'9" when he fought.

If you scroll down the comments he said Hearns is no way over 6-foot today but accepts he may have been over 6 foot when he fought. Hearns is not even 60 yet, 6'3" guys don't shrink below 6 foot by 57.

I'd challenge you to show me any evidence of Hearns being 6" taller than Leonard, the difference was invariably 3-4" and maybe 6" (at best) taller than 5'7" Duran.

Always looked a locked-in 6'1", was only 6'3" if he somehow shaved off 2 inches for every fight and public appearance.

LOL what? Jones would light him up all night. Too fast, too athletic for Hearns.

I don't know how tall Leonard was. However, I know Hearns was taller than 6'1" from personal experience. Believe what you want.

Yeah I'm not trying to be disrespectful or anything. I'm just saying there's a 5'8" guy (who runs a damn site about heights lol) saying he just met Hearns recently and Hearns was less than 4 inches taller than him. Then I've got you saying you're 5'11" and Hearns was 6'3" next to you. Then there's most of the other evidence of Hearns with other people where he never really looks above 6'1". More often less.

Chin. Marvin walked in. Took the bomb, was momentarily stunned and then destroyed Hearns.

When Jones tries to rough him up he gets banged by the right hand and takes a nap on the canvas.

Ray got to Tommy in the 13th when he was tried and only 145 pounds.

Hearns is not a natural welterweight. He couldn't make 147 after he turned 22.

Hearns can beat speed. He has no problem with speed.

I suggest you rewatch Ray and Tommy's first fight, as well as watching prime versions of Roy.

Jones cannot afford to take a single flush right hand.

If he can do that he may have a chance. But to do that he'd run and lose on points.

His only shot at winning is to swarm Hearns. Which also won't work because he doesn't have the chin.

Yet he couldn't overcome Ray and Marvin's power.

Were Ray and Marvin more powerful than Roy?

There was never any sign of Jones having a shaky beard at 160. Hearns is my boy but Roy was too big and strong at 160 for Hearns.
