The Motor City Cobra (of the Cuevas fight) vs The Tijuana Tornado (of the Cotto fight) Who wins? I got Hearns stoppage in something that looks like the Mosely fight but much more horrendous. But I'm interested to see what others have to say on it, as the sheer pressure and offence could cause Hearns some trouble, but personally I think he just fires right hand after right hand until Margarito goes down, and he would. Everyone would in the end.
Hearns brutal ko at some point. Margarito had a great chin but his defense is going to see him taking massive damage and getting stopped
Well there is a weird one; You have to remember Boxing has changed my friend--due to early weigh-ins. Allowing for that, Margarito would give him fits and lose a UD if taken too lightly or possible even Tommy would be overwhelmed. However....If Tommy had his Leonard, Hagler, Benitez head on...again allowing for the change in weigh-in rules; he wins, by KO or UD. God these type of matches are very hard to call as the weigh in change has really altered the landscape.
Roided Mosley had the skills to land big shots on Margo whilst avoiding punishment. I don't see any difference with Hearns who would tee off on Margo with power unlike he would have faced. Tony is one of the toughest boxers I've seen but the fact SSM put him away makes me believe Tommy boy does too. Career ending fight for Tony.
I voted Hearns by KO but Margarito was durable so I am not so sure Hearns isn't stopped if it goes late.
