    both fighters at their primes.
I think Tommy would crack one through Winkys guard and knock him spark out!

Hearns wins, whether he knocks winky out i'm not so sure, i think it will be by a wide decision personally though wouldn't rule a stoppage out

Hearns outboxes Winky on the outside. I don't see a knockout, but a comfortable decision like Hearns' win over Benitez.

Hearns by a wide UD, or late TKO. If it was 15 rounds I'd bet my house on a late TKO or KO.

Yeah, I definitely need to go with Hearns in this one. I think he could very well stop Winky late in the fight.

im trying to think of some notable southpaws who fought hearns

there was that thai guy he fought rather early in his career masuyrigin....somthing that looks like that. who was a 140 pounder and in that did little just smiled andf leaned on th eropes for most of it.

i cant think of many others

Hearns, as someone mentioned earlier it would be like his win over Benitez (Benitez was better defensively than Winky, though a different). Tommy has handspeed, footspeed, height and reach advantage, and obviously Power.

Winky is a good defensive technition, but he has no power, his jab is just a paw, and is slow of foot. Unlike Hagler who could move forward and make Tommy fight and hurt him.

Just a bad matchup for winky in imho. Hearns 50-50 to stop Winky, and if Winky makes the distance I have a feeling he would be battered.

Perhaps Hearns, but not so easy.

Closer than you think. Hearns would really ave trouble catching Winky who would do what he always does: come forward and throw the jab. Over 12 I think Winky has a chance but over 15 Hearns wins more clearly.

Hearns moves more than enough to give him the angles and his power at 154 was pretty scary.

    Hearns comfy.
