    If only he could lock up a kimura when he was jumping around from side control to North-South... it looked like he had a bunch of opportunities.

    As Rogan pointed out, he also had an opportunity for a rather easy north/south choke.

    I thought Herring would pull this one out if he came in in shape, but one thing that this fight showed for sure is that both men need to work on their ground games. Wow. Herring could have run a clinic on basic submissions - but he seemed oblivious to them.

    why? he's only had one bad fight in the Octagon...I think Herring came in, in great shape very motivated and had a hell of a fight. Unlike boxing car's notion that everyone is "SHOT" or "past their prime" if they come to the UFC and lose.

    I was talking about Kongo being overatted. Herring isnt shot nor is Cro Cop. How the **** are u shot just 2 months after everyone screaming your in ur prime ?

    Looks the same as he always had to me good enough to beat top 15-20 guys but cant quite hang with the top Heavyweights.
