Because Fulton is a better boxer, inside and out. He is a naturally bigger fighter with an iron chin and a cardio second to none. I don't think that Inoue can lay hands on him enough to stop him and he surely can't out box him.
Most of the guys at 126 and above are too big for Inoue but I do think Inoue could give light hitting 130 pound champ Josh Warrington a good fight.
Fulton is a featherfist, no chance he makes it the distance, he got landed on 300 times vs Figueroa. If Inoue hit him that many times, he would literally kill him. Here's how it will go: First couple rounds, not much happens, Fulton runs, and Inoue works patiently, countering when he sees the opportunity. Then, in round 3, Inoue lands a left counter hook over that lazy right of Fulton's. The shot puts Fulton down, but he gets back up fairly easily. Then Inoue pounces on him, lands a few shots, and the ref calls it off. Some people whine about it being an early stoppage.
And Fulton hasn’t faced a fighter like Inoue. I’m hoping they get that made sometime next year. It’ll definitely be an interesting match up.
He has faced fighters as good at boxing as Inoue who wins the majority of his fights by stoppage. Fulton is bigger and has been hit by some excellent punchers who's power vs Inoue's vs size is not that much different. He has a fantastic chin and skills that Inoue has never been in the ring with. Too much.
fig isn’t 1/3rdthe boxer inoue is. Dude is 1-1 in title fights. Yet he lands 300 times on Fulton. Wake up and smell the flowers before it’s too late, and people are laughing at you.
I would love to know who these fighters that you are referring to because as far as I know none of those guys are anywhere close to being as good as Inoue. Brandon Figueroa is especially not as good. Come on now… Inoue is a very skilled fighter and it seems like you’re underrating his boxing capabilities.
