How to develop 1 PUNCH KNOCKOUT POWER
Good film study, I`m putting a poll up asking whether one punch power can be developed or if some fighters are born with it.

you're born with it.....all you can do is hone that skill from raw power to accuracy and destruction

Power in boxing is like pitching a baseball. Anyone can throw 80 mph with enough practice. The very few who can throw over 95 are born talents

Either you have it or not. If you dont have it, bad luck.

The same with the chin. Either you are china or not. If you are, bad luck.

I think you can gain punching power (or more knockouts) by timing and overall boxing skills. But just punching one of those how hard can you punch machines? Not really.
