I rekon you have a good body for boxing. The right needs work but easily your best punch, it could cause hurt if you get a trainer to make it work for you.

ps. 24second video make u weak :lol: I wont train you because im unqualified but I can advise you breath while punching

good luck brah if you want to fight.

I think it really depends on your personal goals.

If you want to incorporate boxing into your workouts as a means of gaining physical fitness, then you can simply rely on instructional videos and books to learn. You’ll find enough instructional videos online that’ll show you the proper punching technique, the correct stance and even sample boxing workouts.

So, if all you want is a good workout then hit away at the heavy bag, just don’t hit so hard that you break your hands and wrists. Also, don’t try so hard that you fall off balance, you might hurt that pretty face of yours.

On the other hand, if you’re serious about learning to box and you want to compete as a boxer, then you don’t have a choice but to join a boxing gym. It’s important to have a trainer or at least an experienced training partner to give you feedback. They’ll be helpful in correcting your mistakes, and pointing out ways for you to improve.

If you ask any boxer or even an aspiring one, they will tell you that in order to learn to box there is no substitute for sparring. This is where joining a boxing gym is advantageous because there you’ll find a large pool of potential sparring partners. They’re all eager to beat you up… no, I meant to say they’re all eager to show you the proper way.

    Cheers!
