Heavy bag

    I am 5'6 and weigh 130lbs pack an average punch for my weight, What size heavy bag would you guys reccomend for me to purchase??

    A basic 70lb canvas bag should do. Leather is better but if you aren't using it daily then canvas is fine. Stay away from vinyl.
