    You gotta move more pretend the heavy bag is a real opponent. Also you gotta get in and out or you'll get tagged after you throw as its when you are most exposed. Try not to leave your straight rights out there as long (snap them back) and when you step youshould move your lead foot first. Peace

    One of my fave hip hop tracks, nice one.

    Move in and out from the bag, don't stay so close to it.
    try and make your hook be more compact, don't swing it out.

    Don't cross your legs when moving.

    What was already said. You need to stick and move more right now your virtually a statue. Also you throw an inordinate amount of right hooks. Left hooks should be utilized more then right hooks for orthodox fighters.
