Anybody know what goes on with arreola, solis or peter outside of training? Do these guys do any maintenance work to stay in shape? How much cardio do they do in training? Do they have a nutrionist? Do they live next to fast food joints? Professional athletes shouldn't look like that

They are just lazy and fat, they lack heart and eat too much. In any serious era these guys would have been beaten around silly and never mentioned. Luckily we have the klitschko´s preventing the worldchamp to look like that.

    They don't train or work.
    That's why they're fat.

Areola is starting to sort himself out.

Apparently he does actually run now,and swins aswell.

is sorting his diet out somewhat(no more beers).

And is working on his balance and correct technique.

Interesting, arreola has always had decent stamina any way and puts punches together well for a heavy. Him being as fit and as mobile as possible with improved technique would be a force at heavy

It's more of a super heavyweight division now. The smaller fighter's feel they need to bulk up. They do the routine of gaining bulk with weight training, and protein supplements. But once they go through that stage, their body changes from Ectomorph to Mesomorph to have a good physique. Due to some situations, boxer's sometimes go through some inactivity periods. Where the muscle turns to fat, and the body metabolism can change permanently through age or food diet. This can lead to the dreaded Endomorph body, the most fat and disgusting body type of them all....
