heavybad weights

    Is there a big difference between 100lbs heavybag and 130lbs heavybag?
    I am just about to purchase a heavybag for my basement. Until now Ive had everlast canvas heavybag 70 and now I want someting better and definetly heavier. I am 6'3" and weight 190.

    for my size which one would be better and which do you guys like hitting better heavier or ligter bags?

    If you are 6'3 and 190, go for the heavier heavy bag.
    You will be fighting big guys so, hitting a heavier bag makes it more like punching a big guy.
    The weight of the bag helps you practice with power. Just think if you lightly tap a ballon it will go flying across the room. So you will not be getting pratice hitting hard. If you Try to punch hard enough to move 200 lbs you will get more work on power.

    I went with the red/black 130lbs ringside
    sweet!:)
