I have mounted my bag in the basement. It is hold by a spring and chain. It's all good and nice by my bag is 70 pounds and it's a everlast white canvas bag. The problem with this bag is it's soft at the top and hard as hell at the bottom. I guess it's the design of the bag that stuff in there gets shifted to the bottom of a bag. Ive been hitting this bag long time but now I would like something better. Do any of you guys have used this mount for your heavy bag? This content is protected is it good? I would buy this and better heavy bag and this is what I narrowed it to: which one do you think is better? No, I had the same problem but at the end I bought a Heavy Bag Stang, it cost me around $130, the good thing is that you can put it where you like.
Damm that looks like a really good HB mounting bracket....I prefer the chain and swivel mount,,,with a floor anchor... I recomend for the money the HBL-100 Title Leather HB, WITH THE CHAIN AND SWIVEL MOUNT!!
