Jakalov shouldn't be in any top 10 until he does something meaningful as a pro.

Itauma is a great prospect but way off top 10 atm. But it is the Warren Boxing Organisation.

Have to laugh at Mike Perez being in the WBA top 10 despite not winning a HW fight in over 9 years. Random.

Jalolov is from Uzbekistan. The WBC had a convention in November 2023 in Uzbekistan. Just saying.

LOL Tyson Fury NOT being ranked by the IBF.

What is the rationale for the IBF "NOT" rating Tyson Fury?

The IBF has "had it in" for Fury since he beat Wlad Klitschko. They stripped Fury 10 days later because he wouldn't agree to fight Czar Glazkov. (Who vanished after losing to Charles Martin next time out.)

They even rank Chisora among the eight fighters they do rank and Fury has beaten him soundly three different times, stopping him twice.

Mike Perez should not be ranked at heavyweight at all. But, Fury definitely should. (He's rated #1 or #2 by ALL the other orgs.)

And in some ways leaving out someone more deserving is worse than adding someone who isn't.

At this point, the IBF is worse than the IBO - and the IBO once considered Pinklon Thomas the heavyweight champion AFTER he lost to Bowe and Tommy Morrison.

How difficult is it to just rank 10 decent top 10 contenders? Christ.

Mike Perez hasn't beaten anyone good in a long time, hasn't fought in 13 months, and hasn't fought at heavyweights in over 9 years

Putting Itauma above Joshua, hrgy bear and Ajagba is also ridiculous (at least at this point)

"Ranking" without Usyk is a frivolous ranking.

He's the champion. Those are rankings of the top 10 challengers.

Bakole beat a bunch of guys and then beat Anderson.

Hunter beat Cheney who beat Bryan. Bryan was a former WBA champ.

Pero is the WBA Fedelatin champ.

Zhang lost to Parker fairly recently. Beating Wilder wouldn't mean much for a WBA ranking since Wilder has never had anything to do with the WBA.

If you put loose rules in and remove subjective opinion, you get rankings that look weird.
