    I don't agree with the highlighted part at all Sweet Pea...but then we've had this before, way back when I first joined.

    Sullivan and Jeffries were both able to consistently compete with the best grapplers on a very competitive level, so they would be my first nominees.

    I also would nominate Broughton, Slack, Mendoza, Belcher, etc as well but if it really took until Dutch Sam to invent the uppercut, then it'd be hard for them to achieve success in MMA as well.

    imagine trying to wrestle Marciano, and take shots from him with 4oz gloves, nevermind when he figures out how to apply his power to elbows, his freakishly thick forearms and wrists would be difficult to grip for armlocks too
