    I remember reading he looked upon the good black heavyweights as some kind of supermen,it took him a long time to shake off that feeling of inferiority. Good recall on McCoy he really developed Coetzee's left hand!!

    He did Mac, for sure. Coetzee had a poor mentality for a long time.

    Gerrie Coetzee did fine up to 1984 when he lost to Page.
    He didn't lose to anyone who wasn't good. The Snipes loss was a robbery.
    He destroyed Leon Spinks in 1 round.

    Some of those I agree with. But Duane Bobick had a glass chin and that's an incurable defect regardless of lifestyle, training, management, etc..
