    Joseph Parker is easily the best up and coming heavyweight and already better than bums like Fury and Wilder, he'll give them a hiding if they ever grow the ***** to fight him. Insane hand speed, great power, good technique and chin. 23 years old.

    Right. I don't count Briggs, and Wilder.
    Rahman! He was the last man to beat the recognized champion!
    It was a brief stint, but holds much more weight than Briggs, and Wilder's reigns added together.
