In light of recent events its pretty clear that all top heavyweights are on some sort of performance enhancing substance.

The difference being that if you are the Heavy A-side you can get away with it, but if you are the B-side they can pop you if they start to think you are a threat.

This has happened multiple times in the past, where fighters have been either caught and removed from the upcoming fight, or forced to be 100% clean resulting in a dip in their performance levels.

Basically, if you have a Network and money behind you you can get away with taking your PEDs and force your opponent off them. Why do you think Fury, Wilder and AJ all have seperate networks now and refuse to fight on eachothers network?

Its propably because they give more money to hide it or find a better way to hide it or just take better d****.
You have to be mad to think that AJ is not on juice. His body scream that. Also his recovering in the Klitschko match. I mean he was obviously gassing big time, yet again in the next few rounds he come so fresh, like nothing happen and throw a lot. No way if you cardio is over and your exhaust that much, you can go back in the next round with new powers. This only happen because of dr****. Obviously as hell he took heavy enchants.
Anyway if you are on something you got to hide it, cause if they catch you it`s over for you. So everyone is taking, but some are doing better then the others atleast about hidding it.
A lot of MMA fighters get caught lately as well. So its obvious.
