https://boxning.blogspot.de/p/top-100-heavyweight-prospects-and.html Very good and informative list imo.
I'm usually ahead of the curve...like when ppl told me Breazeale and Whyte were not going to be top 10 guys and I had them ranked over a year ago around 2016. I don't go by fights i go by head to head adjustments. I know Joyce is a top 10 fighter and he probably beats Breazeale who I have ranked at about 8. I actually said Joyce would beat Parker a few months ago..... I'm looking at other things.I Let's not forget this was Joshuas sparring partner and stable mate since 2012 and was robbed of a gold medal. History shows most gold medalists have become champions.
Yoka has to be the pick of the bunch. 6’ 7” Olympic gold medalist. He’s calm, methodical, and the lad can seriously box.
Thanks fellas. The only one I have seen is Hrgovic. On youtube. Seems brilliantly fast good footwork and skill. Only knock on him is he seemed bored at times and content to just coast. Will look up some of the others.
Joyce is a good addition to the pro ranks but he won't be the dominant champion. He is too easy to hit and can be rushed as his two 1 Round TKO losses in the amateurs suggest. Besides, he was dominated by Demerizen in their first fight in amateurs, I saw it, he couldn't do nothing because of Demerizen's constant onslaught and because of his power. Of course chin is essential to beat Joyce.
The guy’s 33 in 4 months. I think he’s left it to late to leave a lasting impression. A few of the established guys are younger, and in some cases, better.
and he has no chin whatsoever and that medal was fake, all his best wins in the amateurs were gifts and he has a huge list of losses without even counting the robberies.
Best HW prospects Under 10 fights 1 Filip Hrgovic 2 Ivan Dychko 3 Joe Joyce 4 Vladyslav Sirenko 5 Andrey Afonin 6 Arslanbek Makhmudov 7 Daniel Dubois 8 Evgeny Romanov 9 Tomas Salek 10 Albon Pervizaj 11 Mladen Miljas
Fake? Like it was chocolate wrapped in foil? Those cheap ********! I rate him. I thought his win in the final against Joyce was fine. Joyce was busy, but ineffective for the most part. I think he’s got a win over Parker as well. I know they were raving about him when he was in Parker’s last camp. We’ll see I guess.
No, just no. Joyce beat him, Hrgovic beat him, and they even robbed Mihai Nistor in the early rounds just so he didn't face Yoka in the next round! It was even worse than Joshua's fake gold. And Yoka's world championship gold was very similar corruption I have to break it to you , but he's a FRAUD He has losses in the amateur to .. Joe Joyce, Mihai Nistor, Eric Pfeifer x2, Mohamed Arjaoui, Simon Kean x2 , Frazer Clarke, Florian Schulz , Magomed Omarov x 3, Kamshybek Konkabayev, Rostyslav Arkhipenko, Roberto Cammerelle x2,Dmitro Rudenkiy, Erislandy Savon, Magomedrasul Medzhidov, Filip Hrgovic, Clemento Russo x 2, Vladislav Kuptsov ,Arbi Madayev, Farid Pashayev ,Omar Ibanez, Ali Eren Demirizen and at least half of his best wins were GIFTS against the likes of Hrgovic, Nistor, Joyce, Gimbatov.
This was a typical Yoka fight in the amateurs against Gasan Gimbatov, clear robbery This content is protected and this is his chin This content is protected
Used to be a good supply of journeyman from the US for these prospects to have a go at but that well is not so good these days. You see Miller importing known old war horses from Europe like Wach and Duhaupas because he can't get the opponents out there. It's the same in UK. How many of these Brit dudes want Chisora? It's laughable. The usual names like Rudenko, Molina, Spzilka, Helenius will be recycled to them before long. Any name with anything to lose won't risk the 0 and potential call from Hearn to fight a proper prospect.
