    How Ibragamov is anywhere near a top-10 is beyond me. He was top 5 out of default when he had a belt, but he's still never beaten anyone who is better than a top-25 heavyweight (and other than Shannon Briggs, he hasn't even beaten a top 50 heavyweight), and he was soundly thrashed by Wlad.
