Just a bad division full of overrated fighters. Still an AJ fan though and I do want to badly see the fury fight

People mistake hype for skill. Hearn has done a fantastic job to hype up the heavies. You have to give him immense credit. ahe has literally polished a turd.

Agree completely. Arreola should be fishing at a retirement village, not knocking down a higher echelon heavy at his age. Chisora should not be giving top heavies a workout. He's likewise old.

Nurological said HW is a polished turd and I'd agree. In fact I'd compare it more to a crusty turd baked in the sun. There's a few hard guys at the top like Fury and AJ and maybe Wilder and Usyk and the rest of the guys are soft squishy filler.

Most fighters in the heavyweight division have shorter careers. Because these slow moving behemoths cause too much damage compared to their puny cruiserweight counterparts. It will only be a matter of time before that scrawny Usyk is trapped in the corner of the ring, and given a good beating by these huge obese behemoths.

I haven't been a big fan of heavyweight boxing in a long time. The super heavyweight era of the last 20 years has produced some fighters that no doubt would beat a lot of the great smaller heavyweights from years past but I just don't enjoy watching these guys. For me, I really lost interest in the Klitschko era. Don't get me wrong, the were great fighters that used their size very well and were highly skilled, I just simply would rather watch that can move a little and throw a lot of punchers.

I'm still holding out hope that Uysk can change things.

But wait, Hunter beat and was robbed with a draw against Povetkin, which should put him on the B level tier.o_O No way in hell is he on the same tier as Ajagba or Dubois. And who the **** has Makhmudov, Gassiev or Hrgovic beaten to put them with the B team? And Anderson.... B+, what the actual ****? Were you that impressed with his win over Kingsley Ibeh? You didn't think this out very thoroughly did you?

Usyk is very skilled but I don't think he has the power needed to win against the top tier of the division.

I think he should have stayed at cruiser.

You’re putting Jared Anderson the prospect on the same level as AJ lol. Also AJ beats Usyk with ease so how is Usyk A level and AJ isn’t?

Agreed. People will be surprised at just how handily AJ and Fury would deal with him. Even Wilder who has poor world level boxing skills would probably end up nuking him out in the later rounds because Usyk doesn’t have the power to get respect from Wilder.

Ruiz couldn't even drop Arreola, which means.. yes, AJ's chin is that bad. As far as Usyk goes, he beat a man decisively who got robbed against Parker, and had him is far bigger trouble than Joe ever did. Which means, Usyk's power isn't as underrated as people want to believe it to be, and his accuracy, combined with AJ's near inability to take more than a handful of flush shots without doing a stanky leg or two, means.... Usyk will dominate and stop him. I mean, AJ was feeling the shots of Pulev. But, keep on believing in your false God at your own peril, he'll only end up letting you down time and again.

Usyk went the full twelve with Gassiev.

He's not getting "nuked" anytime soon.

Bad chins don’t take clean Klitschko right hands and get up to win the fight. That shot probably sleeps Usyk. I know you’re strongly anti AJ but at least try and be somewhat objective. When did AJ ever feel the shots of Pulev? He wasn’t once hurt from them even when they did land. Usyk will be found out soon enough, simply too small and isn’t nearly as good as he was at cruiserweight. Looked underwhelming against a gate keeper in Chisora dropping at least 4 rounds to a guy who’s just a brawler. Looked terribly uncomfortable in the pocket. AJ stops him second half and probably keeps him at bay with the jab and right hand until he does catch him.
