Heavyweight Title Fights Should Be 3 Rounds

    ****warning you might be shocked by heavyweight and entertaining being mentioned together********

    in the uk last night we had a great heavyweight show. It was a one night tournament called Prize fighter. It was extremely entertaining. There wasn't one bad fight. Most boxers were galaxies away from world class but it was a million times more entertaining than any world heavy bout over the past few years

    Each bout was fought 3 minutes for 3 rounds. this really created some exciting bouts. Boxing would be mainstream if there was more shows like it

    if there was only 3 rounds the heavy would,nt mess around like they do

    I was surprised how entertaining the prizefighter was. Id happily pay to watch boxing if they use the K1 format. It wouldnt work so well with the more world class fighters but for the up coming joes its brilliant. Great tv.

    3 times 3 rounds is basically 9 minutes of boxing after 9 months of anticipation.

    3 times 5 minute rounds? 5 minutes is too long for a round of boxing. Somebody might die out there.

    I wouldn't mind seeing something like the did on "The Contender" five three minute rounds. I agree they have to do something different with the heavy weights. They just don't bring enough action.

    He was the only one I could find footage of on youtube. I thought he looked alright and his record was decent and I backed him to win :happy
