C - Tyson Fury - I only recognise the Lineal champ.

1. Oleksandr Usyk - 2012 Olympic H/W champ, Undisputed Cruiser champ, Unified IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO & The Ring H/W champ, Road Warrior.
2. Anthony Joshua - AJ done wang-danged that MMA bloke. Wang-danged him good!
3. Joseph Parker - The bloke from New Zealand is currently better than any H/W from the US. By a fair bit.
4. Filip Hrgovic - The Boogeyman of the H/W division. No-one wants to fight him. Last seen rabbit-punching the hell out of Mark DeMori.
5. Big Bang Zhang - Got wang-danged by Big Joe.
6. Joe Joyce - The Juggernaut came up with a nought against Big Bang.
7. Neon Deon Tay - America in the house! O say, can you see, by the dawn's early light.
8. Daniel Dubois - Tough losses against Joe Joyce & Usyk have him on the improve.
9. Frank Sanchez - Don't think he's a serious player in the H/W division but we'll see.
10. Efe Ajagba - This guy has fought live opposition & deserves to be ranked above those who haven't.
11. Bakhodir Jalolov - The 2021 Olympic Super Heavy champ has had 14 pro fights, including against recognisable names.
12. Agit Kabayel - European champ. Good win against Makhmudov.
13. Martin Bakole - A tough fight for anyone.
14. Dillian Whyte - I haven't watched him in a while, but he's physically strong & can punch.
15. War Chisora - Is physically strong & can punch.

Not sure the young blokes have done quite enough to oust any of the grizzled veterans from the legit top 15. I'll maybe give Chisora's top 15 spot to the Fabio Wardley v Frazer Clarke winner.

With an eye to the future, my next three cabs off the rank would be:

16. Justis Huni - Are they moving him too quick?
17. Jared Anderson - Are they moving him too slow?
18. Richard Torrez - 2021 Olympic Super Heavy finalist who appears to be in the Goldilocks zone in terms of how he's being brought along.

I am not much of a list maker, but if I made one it would look probably exactly like this one.

 

USYK - Unified champion and has the best recent wins with the 2 victories over Joshua which trump anything Fury has done for years.
FURY - WBC champion and lineal champion, wins over Wilder and Whyte are perhaps less impressive with how they have both fallen off a cliff since losing to him but he's still technically undefeated.
JOSHUA - Former unified champion and has one of the best resumes of any active heavyweight, his career speaks for itself.
PARKER - Former title holder on a hot streak with wins over former title holder Wilder and the dangerous Zhang.
HRGOVIC - The least proven of the top 5 but in my opinion he did beat Zhang and that's enough to put him in the 5th spot.
ZHANG - Crushed the dangerous Joyce twice and gave Hrgovic the toughest fight of his career. The loss to Parker suggests he can't go any higher, especially at his age, very good but short of being among the best.
JOYCE - Was on a great run until the Juggernaut hit the Great Wall that is Zhang. Wins over Jennings, Parker and Dubois means he's worthy of a top 10 spot but like Zhang he falls short of being among the best.
WILDER - Former title holder, resume is thin considering that and he looks past his best at 38 and the Parker loss what so emphatic he might not even truly rank this highly anymore. But others haven't done enough to prove they should be ranked above him.
KABAYAL - Wins over a possibly prime Chisora and Makhmudov for me but him above many of the less proven prospects who's resumes are simply lacking.
DUBOIS - His win over Miller was over rated as Miller was never a true contender, so can't rank Dubois over Kabayal who's beaten the similar level opponent in Makhmudov but also beaten a version of Chisora who is clearly better than anyone Dubois has beaten.
WHYTE - Former top contender with a good resume but he's clearly seen better days, with the emphatic loss to Fury and then a poor performance against Franklin over a year ago. He needs to be more active and get some wins together and prove he has something left because right now he's on the scrap heap.
BAKOLE - His resume like a lot of prospects is thin and his win over Yoka looks far less impression given Yoka lost his next fight vs the unheralded Merhy. But that Yoka win is still better than most prospects records and decent wins over Kuzmin and Takam is enough to put him above less proven prospects/contenders.
ANDERSON - Win over Martin is all he's done as a pro and he didn't impress. But that win over an albeit truly awful title holder, is better than Sanchez's win over Ajagba. So he goes above Sanchez for now, though I suspect Sanchez right now is the better fighter.
SANCHEZ - Win over Ajagba is really the only thing he's done. He has some talent for sure, fast hands and all but he's really proven nothing so far and can't be ranked any higher because anyone can look good against weak opposition. Needs to step up his opposition ASAP.
CHISORA - The old warhorse scrapes into my top 15, though it was a toss up between him and Ortiz for me. Both well past prime, seen better days, but I gave the edge to Chisora as he's been facing better opposition and proved more overall during his career.

 

Yeah i think this will be hard to swallow, and he was out cold for a minute or so, and this deals permanent damage. You are 100% correct.
