    Luis Ortiz is 21-0, 19 of his wins versus opponents outside the top 100, his best win against the 42 year old 46 ranked Monte Barrett. I would like to see him beat someone in the top 30. WBA ranked him 2 before the Barrett win.

    Did you see his last fight? He is so crude and uncoordinated, he belongs nowhere near the top 30. I don't even think he's top 50-75 for that matter.
