Perez is badly overrated. Abdusalamov (who I don't rate because his career is probably over) would have won the fight if not for the punch that changed the fight (and his life). He's a gutsy fighter, but I didn't even have Abdusalamov in the top 35, why should I put the guy who barely beat him higher than I do? Too many fans grade on guts or having exciting fights. My list is about best H2H and resume. Abdusalamov was Perez's best win, and he barely got it, that's not going to cut it.

Fairly good list, except like I said, Perez is overrated, and how can you rate Leapai above Kevin Johnson, who (t)ko'd him?

I have Leapai at #16 assuming he is now the WBO mandatory challenger. That's pretty much the only reason besides defeating Boytsov.

Also, I ranked Perez at #10 because he defeated Mago, as I previously had them both somewhere between 15-20. I'm aware that Perez is a limited fighter and not as good as many people here say, but it's simply the way I see the rankings. It doesn't have much to do with H2H.

Vitali beats them all.......................if he does not retire................I read that Don King will not allow Stiverne to fight anyone, they are in court. So, that leaves Arreola at #2 WBC, whom Vitali has already stopped. Wilder is ranked at #3 WBC, so if I were Vitali I would go ahead and knock Wilder out before he retires. Wilder is an easy knock out, plus Vitali has an iron chin and hard punches.
