Second Round action. "The Rock" against "The Polish Express". Tough match up.

Please give reasoning for prediction. Please give predicted result.

    Second Round. 12 Rounds.

Golota always found a way to lose, Marciano always found a way to win. The Rock's power, stamina, grit would be way to discouraging for Golota. The work-rate only would completely trouble him. I predict a late DQ/quittage for Golota. Marciano would chop him down.

foul fest ,marciano wins by dq around the 8th ,golota beat up and frustrated that the smaller man hits harder and is more than happy to foul back goes into mental meltdown and hits the rock low multiple times in the 8th after already having been docked two points by the seventh round

Golota is disqualified after 8 even rounds for taking a **** in his cornerman's hat.

Rocky by stoppage ,too mentally strong for the panicking Pole.
Golota had most of the tools ,but lacked a head and sometimes a heart.

And sometimes a chin. In this case too, probably. I actually wouldn't be surprised to see Marciano winning it before i finished my first beer.

Rocky wins, although I'm not sure if he does it by a stoppage or a DQ. Gun to my head I say stoppage

The closest we have seen to this fight is Tyson v Golota. A younger Golota (pre Bowe) was a much, much better fighter, but i tend to think that the Legend of Marciano gets in his head like Tyson did and Golota cannot handle the power and quits after the third round.

We are talking about possibly the most determined champion of all time vs the biggest head case. This alone spells doom for Golota.

Golota loses, and loses in some freaky never-before-seen-manner, but before succumbing to Marciano's relentless pressure (both physically and mentally), Golota builds up an early lead which sees him drop Marciano twice in the 2nd round.

By the time the fight is stopped, around the 8th or 9th round, Golota is ahead on two of the three scorecards with the momentum CLEARLY in Marciano's favor.

Golota is DQ'd for one of the following offenses......

    Biting ''the mother****er''
    Intentional headbutting
    Low blows
    Rabbit punching
    Excessive holding

or perhaps a combination of each

Puts a new spin on the fighter sitting on his corner stool.

I'm not the biggest fan of Suzie's posts, but I like succint summaries, and it doesn't get much more on point than this.
