I thought he was the guy who faced Joshua in the Olympics but I checked that and that's Zhilei Zhang, he's 18-0 too ! China has a population of 1.4 BILLION people. Chances are the guy exists.
Don't have anything to add except I came across him a few days ago and had the same thoughts as you. He's fought some people that have fought bigger names and have had a ton of fights, so I assume the actual fights took place. As far as them being on the up and up, I have no idea. He's 36 years old...better get moving.
