Heavyweights you would pick against Tyson From The Berbick Fight

    Rocky Marciano, the version in my avatar. Early Marciano was just a brawling animal who would take it to Mike and knock him out in a grueling slugfest.

    I think Tyson is the second best HW of all time, a close second after Marciano.

    come to think of it ..yes. Dempsey had that fight all his way too. I cant think of five active heavyweights in 1919 as good as willard the night he faced dempsey though - an even older willard came back after a 4 year lay off to KO floyd johnson, something a lot of good contenders never did.

    agreed. I liked his mitch green win as a good all round show also. Not a lot of competative fights to chose from. maybe thats down to sheer talent, he was a phenom after all, but also could be due to excelent matchmaking and a dearth of active title chalengers.
