    What are some of your favorite memories of Camacho?

    I was never really a Camacho fan, but I went to the Pazienza-Burgese fight at the Providence civic center and Hector was there to hype his upcoming fight with Vinny. The crowd was booing him and he just kept taunting them and throwing popcorn at the crowd. I always thought that was hysterical and something out of the WWF. The guys was/is just an amazing character whether you liked him or not.

    Yeah, but he couldn't stop him. Camacho had one of the best chins in the game.

    And that Camacho was not on his A game...drugs bitches etc. It is said that Chavez waited for the right time to fight Camacho. The truth is, Rosario softened Camacho up for Chavez and made him change his style for the rest of his career.

    I think Chavez would have beat any version, but it would have been great to see them at 130 or 135.

    When De La Hoya knocked him down in round 8, and he raised his hands after the bell rang in round 12 to show people that DLH could not knock him out.

    Sadly, many people overlook this because of his mouth and persona. He was a badass back in the day. A legitimate champion, not just some clown JCC and ODLH beat.
