Hector Camacho vs Yory Boy Campas

    I was looking at boxrec schedule and found that fight, wow they still fighting. Who of those shot fighters are comming on top? I knew that one time Camacho jr was the one who was on schedule to fight Campas but He pulled out. This Camacho jr need a little guts of his dad that is still fighting at age 45+, taking on a fighter that his son duck. I hope both Camacho and Campas retires, damm even jr need to retire.

    Camacho, Sr. should still be able to outbox the limited but strong Campas over 10 or 12 rds.......... I'd like to see this fight........... However, here in 2009, this has ESPN or Versus written all over it......

    Yory Boy was still sorta a fringe contender not long ago..I mean he bashed Duddy and busted him up pretty good. Absolutely destroyed Terra Garcia only like a year ago from memory.

    Surely the less shopworn of the two...though both are well past it and Hector (though I didnt see his last fight) still looks like a wiley old fella.

    Im usually not interested in these kind of nursing home matchups and this is no exception..but I must say Im at least a little curious to see how this one pans out.

    Exactly, at least will be a interesing matchup.
    A solid fight for maybe the last fight for both.

    Is Camacho sr training right now? Is this fight official?

    SR is one crazy charactor my dude.. And JR is a bit of a showoff but i guess its just his personality. He's fighting soon as well againest an unknown again. JR says his manager is gonna set him up with Alphonzo Gomez assuming they both win there next fights.. Dont know if it will happen but im just saying what he said.

    Oh and SR weighs about 170 lbs as of about 2 days ago and JE is about 160 kinda loose around his gut.

    Yea *****. Plus he has camera's following him everyday because they are gonna do a special on him on a big spanish tv station called Univision.

    Let me also add that SR has ANOTHER kid by the name of Christian Camacho who is an amuter and is 16 years old and just won the Fla Golden Gloves...

    He's decent... But his Ego is better then Gods.

    Thanks dude, wow at least He is getting a payday for this special. Good for him but need to hang up his gloves for good. Hate univision those guys are the same as telefutura and they cancelled the boxing show solo boxeo.

    Hopefully.... altho i wouldnt mind seeing a guy his size pop him in the ****in mouth to humble him:!:... he's 125lbs.

    Worse. At least SR has accomplised **** and earned the right:deal. Even JR is at LEAST a pro with 40 fights so he has SOME bragging rights.. But when The lil one does it its just annoying :-( and awkward.

    Getting KTFO early in his carrer is sometimes good for a boxer carrer a ery good learning experience lol.
