    This will be Tanajara's fifth time sharing a bill with fellow Texan unbeaten prospect Vergil Ortiz Jr. Both are now taking on recognizable names at this stage of their careers, but still nobody they aren't fully expected to beat. The southpaw Filipino might have been a tougher proposition once but is now 1-2-1 in the last three years and is nine years the Mexican-American's senior, with an intrinsic stylistic disadvantage to boot.

    Tanajara and Ortiz sparred many rounds, against one another, for this fight. I wish Tanajara had more pop in his punches and it is kind of a mystery as to why he doesn't. His father is a very good trainer.

    Gesta is pretty good, but so damn one dimensional.
    And he lacks the pop to get a surprise KO as well.
