Hector would put the speed to him, something that Azumah wasn't used to, not this type of speed.Hector would only lose 3 rounds in winning a unanimous decision.
Nelson would shut down Camacho's strengths with his pressure and unorthodox power-punching. I think he had the tools to hurt him, although Camacho was extremely difficult to stop once he got into survival mode. One thing people seem to be overlooking when giving the edge to Camacho was that Camacho was never a very good defensive fighter. His upper-body movement was almost non-existent, and this applies for any stage of his career. He wasn't impossible to trap on the ropes, either, at which point he'd just resort to holding and waiting to be broken up. Nelson had the kind of crafty punching style needed to break through Camacho's foot-work oriented defense much more often than most, in my opinion, and he'd make good use of the instances where he trapped him. I tend to agree that this would be similar to the Rosario fight, with Nelson putting in the better work once he'd closed the distance. Nelson UD 15 or 12.
Nelson will apply the pressure, and Camacho will respond. The speedy Macho Man comes out on top with a UD.
