Jones is a lot better than Saldivia, he has just been brought over to give Kell more confidence after shaky performance

 

This ^ I will still be sceptical of the kell Brooke hype train even if he beats saldivia.

 

Kell will smash up saldivia then all the hype will start allover again like it was pre Jones!! Kell v Khan is the fight for next year, glass jaw v glass lungs!!!

 

That and also the fact that the guy is nominated for the final eliminator so the fight makes sense

 

It does seem to have more priority than a 'confidence booster' for Kell.

Also it means that Hearn will be able to submit a purse bid to bring a World Title fight over to Sheffield/UK for Alexander/Bailey.

 

Saldivia is a better boxer than Jones but is nowhere near as durable, he wont be asking Kell the same questions.

Saldivia is short & compact, he does his best work at mid-close range though he has reasonable mobility & can box a bit from distance as well. He has a decent right hand & likes to come forward & throw combinations.

I think he's a world-level gatekeeper type of fighter who Kell can outbox & look good against. He wont be walking Kell down & applying pressure for 12 rounds like Jones did, but he's no mug & Kell will have to work hard to look impressive.

Just bought tickets has anybody else found it annoying that you can't get your tickets delivered?

 

Very annoying especially if you can't get to Sheffield to get your tickets until fight night and there's a ridiculous queue at the ticket office! Happened to me for the Hatton fight

 

it's ridiculous even if they charge like £6 for postage, was it easy to get your tickets? Did you park in the arena too?

 

i,m sick of the "confidence boosters"and the padded records,no interest in it whatsoever,i,m retreating back to the small hall shows until burns mitchell.

 

Was easy enough to collect tickets for Jones v Brook. I parked in the arena and collected tickets within 10 minutes from getting out of the car.

We did get there for doors opening though

 

That will be fine then, I don't drink so will be watching the full card

 

he's not as good as jones.
