Where will he go from here?

Helenius had Whyte hurt in the second round but played it safe instead.

And why didn't he blow his load in the 11-12 round?! He was way behind on points and KO were his only option. But he didn't even try? Why?! Where is the fire in him?

I see top 10 potential - no champion mentality.

He will take a few money fights against rising contenders and probably be sparring partner for Fury/Joshua/Parker/Povetkin.

He is in the game only for the money he can get.

He has the sparring partner mentality so he's going nowhere. Maybe a rematch vs. Chisora if Del Boy wins the European title.

They should do Hugie Fury vs. Helenius.

From the pubs of Åland with crowds of 100 people to the one of the biggest boxing events in front of over 70000 people with two weeks notice against a guy who was apparently avoided by everyone. Helenius did well, clearly the better boxer which was seen how effortlessly he was countering Whyte in the second round. I still stand by my statement that even this shot, powerless version of Helenius beats Whyte if he had better stamina.

I dont se him being any worse than before. He is still just 33 years old. He did show a good "big man formula" yesterday. Avoidied many punches like a stud but didnt hit back.

    Its the willpower nowadays.

I really thought he was going to get the KO early but after that he just didn't try. Weird.
