Pass the torch of the Nordic nightmare, such a it is, to Wallin, who could use a decent win.

Wallin had some momentum after the Fury fight. It took him a while to capitalize against Breazele and it looked like he was finally going to get a breakthrough fight before Whyte chickened out and faked an injury. In all fairness, he did not look great in his last fight, but when at his best, he has everything but a big punch.

A nordic showdown. Let's get this booked.

    Fury should be fighting Wallin.
    instead of Chisora.

Wallin is the only active boxer who gave Fury such a close fight.

apart from Wilder (who Fury box 3 times now) no one gave Fury the scare like Wallin.

Wouldn't be an awful fight, would be nice to see Wallin actually step up again and fight someone who's proven at a certain level. He's done nothing since losing to Fury and quite honestly I don't expect him to ever achieve much, that fight flattered Wallin greatly.

Wallin vs. Hughie Fury would be interesting.

Breazeale was a 2x title challenger, went 7 rounds with Joshua, had only lost to Wilder aside from that and KO'd Mansour, Molina, Negron, Ugonoh, Lenroy Thomas. Wallin beat him 9-3 on the cards in America and was never in any trouble.

Wallin can't do much if the likes of Whyte are making fights with him and then pulling out 10 days prior because he sh*t his pants, even though he had home and A-side advantage against a pointfighter and wanted activity before Fury.

However good Wallin is we know that he has a very strong mentality: he showed no fear against Fury even though his best opponent prior to that was Granat. We know that Wallin is tough, having never been dropped in 26 pro fights. We know he can go 12 rounds at a decent pace. He's also a 6'5+, 240 lbs southpaw with good amateur experience. That's enough to beat the Whyte's, Parker's and Ruiz's in my estimation.
