    Helenius sparred Wilder and Gorman before Kownacki fight. So he had good sparring. He has also sparred Klitschko, Fury, Povetkin, Haye, Pulev, Szpilka, Wach, Huck and Ustinov in the past.

    Sparring generally gets over looked . I see many take digs on Joe Joyce on here but that’s the guy who helped Fury out in the first Wilder fight . Good sparring is the key really just look how easy AJ handled Ruiz when he got proper guys in the camp .
