Id pick povetkin at this stage. Helenius defense is bad and AP can decision him.

I'm not impressed by helenius and wouldn't be surprised if povetkin outboxed him.

Povetkin by UD. Another year of seasoning and I say Helenius by KO.

Give us your full analysis. Personally, I think you may be correct. However I saw many, many weaknesses in Helenius's performance yesterday, and am inclined to think that Povetkin would beat him.

Helenius couldn't establish his jab, and couldn't keep Liakhovich at bay. Helenius's footwork was marginal at best. He was easily bulled around, and displayed virtually no infighting ability. He was often off-balance. Helenius's punching was not pin-point accurate either; at least not until the final round.

Truth be told, Helenius won only because of his flashy kayo power, and because Liakhovich gassed. If not for both factors together, Helenius might very well have lost.

Povetkin -- in spite of his weaknesses -- is that much more effective as an infighter and a pressure fighter than is Liakhovich. Maybe Povetkin could put the heat on Helenius and shut him down.

The only thing that makes this fight an open question, as opposed to a definite Povetkin win, is Helenius's power. Once the Finn finds the range, he can wreck anyone.

The analysis is simple. Povetikin will outwork and outbox him, but he will slow down and get tired at some point and Helenius will catch him. Helenius barely threw any punches in his fight with Sergie L. and broke his nose. I see him losing rounds and than catching Povetikin when he slows down and starts getting hit, which was evidenced in the Ruslan C. fight.

Robert has power thats pretty much it. I don't see Robert improving that much, you can't improve natural talent. Povetkin UD.

Helenius by brutal late KO, while behind on points.
